To benefit the welfare of animals prior to re-homing.
We do this by helping provide a safe and caring environment, through
the up-grading of facilities, provision of extra veterinary care
and catering to specific dietary needs.
To assist with strategies for re-homing.
This is done by advertising individual animals on a monthly poster,
distributed throughout the Southern Highlands.
To assist management maintain a minimum euthanasia policy.
(currently contracted to Lost Dogs Home by Council).
The above two aims (1 & 2) greatly contribute to the successful
lowering of the number of animals put to sleep at the facility.
